When I began my journey in real estate, I wasn’t licensed, didn’t have any sales experience, and had no idea what I was stepping into. My very first real estate transaction wasn’t glamorous—it involved selling hunting land in rural Northern Minnesota. This experience opened my eyes to the unique challenges of small-town real estate.
