My 30-Day Challenge with Fello: Pushing Boundaries and Helping Others Win

If there's one thing I've learned in real estate, it's that growth comes from pushing limits. Whether it's taking on more transactions, helping agents build their businesses, or fine-tuning my own systems, I'm always looking for the next challenge. That’s why I decided to take on the 30-Day Challenge with Fello—not just to level up my business, but to create real opportunities for homeowners and agents alike.

Why This Challenge Matters

For those who don’t know, Fello is a powerful tool designed to help homeowners track their home’s value and make smarter real estate decisions. It’s more than just a valuation tool—it’s a way to create meaningful conversations with homeowners before they’re even thinking about selling. That’s why I jumped in. If I can help more people understand their options, plan ahead, and ultimately make the best decision for their future, then I’m doing my job the right way.

But this challenge isn’t just about using a new tool—it’s about consistency, growth, and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. It’s about being proactive instead of waiting for the next deal to land in my lap.

My Personal Goals

I’m not just looking to add another tool to my business—I want this challenge to fundamentally change how I serve my clients. Here’s what I’m focusing on:

  1. Helping More Homeowners Get Clarity – Too many people are sitting on valuable assets without a real plan. I want to change that by providing transparency and guidance. Whether someone is thinking about selling now, five years from now, or not at all, I want them to have the information they need.
  2. Connecting with More People in My Community – I love real estate, but even more than that, I love building relationships. This challenge forces me to have more conversations, offer value first, and grow my network in a meaningful way.
  3. Improving My Lead Follow-Up – Real estate success is all about staying top of mind. This challenge is helping me refine my follow-up game so that no homeowner or potential client ever feels forgotten.
  4. Pushing My Own Business to the Next Level – I’ve always believed that in order to help others grow, I have to grow first. The habits I build in these 30 days will shape how I run my business moving forward.

The Bigger Picture

At the end of the day, this challenge isn’t just about me—it’s about creating opportunities for homeowners, agents, and my entire network. If I can help more families make informed decisions, help agents build stronger businesses, and continue to serve my community in a bigger way, then this challenge will have been a massive success.

So here’s to 30 days of growth, consistency, and impact. If you’re curious about your home’s value or just want to chat about what’s happening in the market, let’s connect. I’m in this challenge to help—and I’d love to help you too.

Let’s make it happen!
